TP2 $199 on SERO - Page 2

what are you seeing on that page? Just select upgrade, instead of picking a new plan. ie pick NO plan and select upgrade.

I did pick upgrade. After you select a phone it sends you to pick a new plan.

It ask for credit card and corporate email address.. Is there anyway to get it billed on invoice?

I have Sero 500 and it wants me to switch plans. I can see no way around it.

i just tried it out. i picked upgrade to, then chose submit at the top of the screen without picking a plan, then it asked again if i was a new or existing customer. i said existing, it all went smoothly from there. i got an email saying processing. and i shopuld get another email soon saying it was approved.

Sorry to burst everyone's bubbles but I did this last month. Everything went through and I even got an email saying it's processing an hour later. But got an email the following day saying that they cannot touch the account because it's a SERO plan and asking you to call sprint to switch plans for them to continue with the order

fail. i didnt even get a second email. i checked the status this morning and it says order canceled. oh well. worth a shot.

im not on sero, so im not concerned with that. i didnt even get a tp2. i have 1 already if u can see my summary at the top of this post. i got a hero for my gf for 149. shes only elgible for a 75 dollar rebate and no promo discounts, cuz she hasnt finished her contract. sprint websit wanted 404.00 for that.

Did you try to talk to retentions first? They usually are very helpful and might have been able to hook up the TP2 for renewal prices.

I was successfully able to get a full upgrade for an account that wasn't up yet. Just make up something good. At the time it was: "I just got this new phone and now my wife is upset that I didn't get one for her too is there any way that you can extend her the new member price if we renew for two years now? I would really appreciate it."

The rep was really nice and said sure no problem.
