Really? It worked fine for me (all my songs are on my sd card). I use coreplayer just for movies, I like how nitrogen is super finger friendly, did you try out the newest version 1.2 as opposed to version 1.1?

I was using the 1.1. Lets hope this one is better. Is it low on memory? Why not using Core for music instead?

It's supposed to be really light on memory. Also the 1.2 version works in landscape mode too! I don't like Coreplayer for music because the buttons are so small, not very finger friendly. It's okay when I'm watching a video because I'm not messing around with it. But with mp3s sometimes I want to skip a song or search through my library. Hopefully it works for you!
