I am traveling in Canada and had the annoying voice only popup taking over my phone. The updated PRL fixed this for me although I seem to lose signal a little more often than before I updated the PRL. Does anyone know if there is a newer modified PRL somewhere? If not, the current version will work fine and is massively improved from the voice only pop up problem.
