Re: Dropping Sprint
Check your coverage areas. Also, check where you're trying to use your phone. Verizon may not be any better. Nor are you guaranteed coverage everywhere. It could be you just happen to be in zones where the towers cannot reach you.

Switch to AT&T
Then when you go back to Sprint you'll really appreciate them |

Re: Dropping Sprint
I agree cdma tends to behave exactly the same from all carriers. because they often use the exact same towers.
generally 1-2 bars is fine on cdma. Gosh I rarely ever get a dropped call. if phone is critical you might try locking it in 1x mode for stability.

Re: Dropping Sprint
Thanks guys, I do appreciate what I can get out of my bars. At work my co workers are rocking the Touch Pros and Touch Pro 2's. They are sitting there with EVDO and I am the butt end of their sick jokes. ha! Anyway, I figure I can always try US Cellular and go back. Not a big deal, just looking at my options and what's best for me!
Thanks! |

I as well just recently gave a thought to dropping Sprint during the purchase of my TP2. After pricing my Everything Data Share Plan with other carriers, I was very shocked. I wasn't too concerned with paying more, but I could not justify paying as much as the other carriers wanted for the same service just to leave Sprint.
