this is a good point... someone could have made a false claim and that $100 is the deductible.

I'm with ACHILLES. Not a hater here, it's just that I've been in a position where I ask for help with an issue, such as synching with two computers.

You get a bunch of people telling you that they don't have the problem, but you don't get a solution.

Best answer I heard to this thread was check to see if the $100 charge is an insurance scam. Most likely the problem as far aas I can see.

I got the citi group deal, then $70 customer loyalty for renewing, and then they approved $100 mail in rebate, i paid $30 for the phone and i oh so <3 it
