I'm with ACHILLES. Not a hater here, it's just that I've been in a position where I ask for help with an issue, such as synching with two computers.

You get a bunch of people telling you that they don't have the problem, but you don't get a solution.

Best answer I heard to this thread was check to see if the $100 charge is an insurance scam. Most likely the problem as far aas I can see.
