I convinced Asurion to send me another new TP2. They don't believe it's the phone but Sprint just won't troubleshoot anymore.
They had me do a hard reset, update PRL but it didn't help. Is there a way to force roaming? I know you can disable roaming but I don't think you can force roaming only. If not I have to wait until Monday to test it out. |

why is everyone calling sprint? Just activate an old garbage phone and then put your good phone back on right after. .......I did about 5 months of fighting it will do you no good. I even went to the store and they refused me a phone replacement even though I had insurance until i started name dropping their regional director that I personally knew. Then they handed me a phone in a few minutes. It fixed the problem for about month then it started again.
If you want me to explain what i've read about the communication process between the phone and tower that creates the error codes I will but i'm tired right now. The reason it happens on roaming and not sprint is because your carrier is taking care of their networks at all times. They have to sync your esn and number up with the roaming partner list and if you get that profile jacked up it loses proper communications.

So Sprint finally acknowledged they had a problem and the problem appears to be fixed.
Tested it out this morning and no more errors. |
