I went into my registry but only see HKEY folders and not the HKLM that I need to get into to edit. Not sure what is going on but I appreciate you sending me the file

Here's one you can install on your PC and edit the registry from your PC, with the phone attached through ActiveSync.
***This is for install on the PC to edit phones registry while connected!! It's a little easier to browse the huge registry on the bigger screen! Just extract the .rar and run the file from desktop.

They all start w/ HKEY. HKLM is HKEY LOCAL MACHINE. Just play with it to get some feel of it. Messing it up may lead you to do a hard reset.
