Registry Editor for TP2
 

Does anyone know of a good registry editor for the TP2 to use with these custom ROM's? I am trying to fix MMS with Juicy's r3 ROM and I need to go into the registry using Arcsoft's fix. If someone can attach the file that would be awesome!!

Are you using Juicy's r3? MMS works for you without any modifications?

You asked for a registry editor. You can edit the registry w/ what I uploaded and make it work....

I went into my registry but only see HKEY folders and not the HKLM that I need to get into to edit. Not sure what is going on but I appreciate you sending me the file

Here's one you can install on your PC and edit the registry from your PC, with the phone attached through ActiveSync.

***This is for install on the PC to edit phones registry while connected!!

It's a little easier to browse the huge registry on the bigger screen!


Just extract the .rar and run the file from desktop.

You should have 4 folders below My Device.

They all start w/ HKEY.

HKLM is HKEY LOCAL MACHINE.

Just play with it to get some feel of it. Messing it up may lead you to do a hard reset.

Thanks Santos for the file and thanks for your help Achilles. I was able to find it but when I selected my MMS servver, there were not four entries to modify like it said in the instructions for setting up MMS for Juicy's r3 ROM. Maybe I just have to try another ROM and see if I can get MMS to work with 2.5

I'm not on Juicy's rom. You should goto his thread and ask where more users of the rom may help.
