If you are referring to the latest 2.5.2012 Mighty Mike release, then look for my thread with the HDwalls patch for HTC Sense 2.5.2012 in the themes and software section. You will need to install that patch and then your HDwalls cab.

Re: HDWalls walkthrough for TP2 please?

My current TP2 screen is below and I'm running Mighty impact ROM of 2-24.
Manila version is 2.5.201212125.0. I've been battling with trying to get a full Home screen image and finally posted for some help. Ive seen information regarding HDWall, Mods from santob and Bignadad, numerous xda and ppc forums and just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Does anybody know how to achieve getting any wallpaper assigned to show up fully from top to bottom overriding the notifications area with battery icon, signal etc and the bottom curtain that houses the 3 icons? (Start menu, phone, menu?) I have a 3 colored home page depending on what wallpaper I chose and want to have the wallpaper override the other two areas on top and bottom.

Again, I browsed through the forums and observed difficulty doing this especially with mighty mike's impact ROM but then again it seems others may have been able to get this to work and I'm need of the right pointers or step by step instructions.

I think you missed it, if you look one post up from the one you made, you'll see Santod mentions installing a patch from the themes and software section HERE if your on MM 2.5 - 2012. Good Luck, and don't foget to give credit to Santod for the fix.

Again, thanks a bunch erikdrakon/santod. I still however was unable to get it to work. I realized that after installing the patch, A HD walls created wallpaper cab is needed and I couldn't generate a good cab that worked.

Does anyone mind cabbing these up for me as HDwall wallpapers for TP2 that work in portrait and landscape modes? jpeg thumbnails below:

Using mighty ROM Impact with sense-manila 2.5.20121225.0
My overall desire is to make the wallpaper show full screen in both portrait and landscape modes and override the top blue bar png background of the (battery/signal/sound icons, etc) and the bottom (start, menu, phone soft-keys) Ridding me on the green png at the bottom with little to no sign that the home screens are originally divided into 3 images.

Thanks

Re: HDWalls walkthrough for TP2 please?

Hey thanks for your guide was really helpful santod.
One question though , is the taskbar on top and bottom supposed to be skinned in landscape mode? or are they supposed to be black? What i have right now is skinned top and bottom taskbars in landscape mode that dont match with the picture on the background making it look weird.
Portrait mode looks perfect though. Am i missiing something?
(have RSTG rom installed manila 2.5 , windows 6.5)

You only have one set of images that can be set for the bars. That is how it is. So HDwalls sets the bars to use the top and bottom portion of the portrait wallpaper to cover the bars. So they will not look proper in landscape mode, that is how it is unfortunately.

So no, you are not missing anything at all.

Re: HDWalls walkthrough for TP2 please?

I finally got mine working as well after many hours of trying to get it to work. HOWEVER, it seems my top and bottom taskbars are slightly off the image....making it look real choppy. Anyone else experience this?

Re: HDWalls walkthrough for TP2 please?

I meant your original wallpaper which is hopefully bigger than the screen's resolution. Or I have to stretch and crop it to 804x377 for landscape. Wonder if that is cause of your problem.
