Taskbar that puts open programs on top

Im looking for a Taskbar that puts the open programs on top which would make it alot easier for me to multitask.

Im running MM FF 6.5 2.5

I don't know if a different taskbar would do what you want.

ive used that one and the updated version of that one already. it was running kind of laggy but besides that it works perfect for what i want for. Im just hoping there might another out there
