Re: How the do you hard reset this phone (CDMA VZW)
oh ya. That's what I was missing... NOT.. Sorry, I am an 3 hours into this crap and I am not happy
I am lost on why the hardspl will absolutely will not work. It says that the ActiveSync is not connected, but it is. Isn't there a way to do it manually? |

Re: How the do you hard reset this phone (CDMA VZW)
For my telus tp2, to hard reset, you need to to hold: volume down, send key, end (power) key, and the reset button.
It's the same for verizon. Are you using activesync on windows XP? Windows vista and 7 use Windows Mobile Device Center. Make sure you select Activesync mode when you connect it. If that fails, put it in bootloader mode (Tri-color screen) by holding the volume down key while turning it on and then connect it to the PC then run the Hard-SPL. |

Using Clear Storage If you can access the device settings, you can use Clear Storage to reset your device back to factory default settings. 1. Tap Start > Settings, and then tap All Settings. 3. Enter “1234”, tap OK and then tap Yes to confirm. Last edited by razorloves; 11-13-2009 at 03:28 AM. |
