How the do you hard reset this phone (CDMA VZW)

I have run through EVERY technique on the internet, there is nothing that seems to work..

Not only this, the HardSPL won't see the phone as sync'd on Activesync.

Re: How the do you hard reset this phone (CDMA VZW)

oh ya. That's what I was missing... NOT.. Sorry, I am an 3 hours into this crap and I am not happy

I am lost on why the hardspl will absolutely will not work. It says that the ActiveSync is not connected, but it is.

Isn't there a way to do it manually?

Re: How the do you hard reset this phone (CDMA VZW)

For my telus tp2, to hard reset, you need to to hold: volume down, send key, end (power) key, and the reset button.

It's the same for verizon.

Are you using activesync on windows XP?
Windows vista and 7 use Windows Mobile Device Center.
Make sure you select Activesync mode when you connect it.

If that fails, put it in bootloader mode (Tri-color screen) by holding the volume down key while turning it on and then connect it to the PC then run the Hard-SPL.
