background pic when you hit start

no.... tf3d on stock sprint rom. hit start a dif page pops up. start on top and has three rolls of programs u could add to it !!

this doesn't work on stock rom for sprint. I've tried it with touch flow 3d on and off and still can't get the page where you tap start menu to change background. The background is still black even when I apply use this pic as background.
