That might have actually been the voice control app thats built in to the phone. I had that enabled once & it would read out loud texts & whatnot, and I think you can set it to announce everything too.

look for Voice Command in the setting tabs on your phone. it has the ability to tell you who is calling ans also speaks incoming text messages.

Voice command in the stting - ? I cant find that. I have seen this work but it was on the mogal. You can do text and events and stuff like that, but I have not seen incoming calls on the tp2. More info please I would love this on my phone.

There's TellMe that was just pulled off another phone, where you can speak into the phone and it can convert it to a text, etc. I've tried it but it doesn't seem to like my voice too much. MS Voice Command is probably your best bet...

i del unzip and installed unrar. works better but says program setting can not be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions. WTF?
