Sprint PRL Update! 60656.

I clicked Update Profile on my stock Sprint Rom and it sat for a minute and then said it will now apply the updates and then nothing. I then use ##778# and it says my PRL is still 60652. What's the deal? That is what it was before I pressed Update Profile. ANy ideas?

Can you look in your Windows Directory and see if you find a file called HTC_Get_DeviceId

Nope, don't have that file.

I still get that ID error even when I manually placed the correct ID name on the phone.

I noticed that I have an Update Firmware button and an Update Profile button but no Update PRL so I downloaded the Update cab in this section and then pressed Update PRL and lo and behold I got the new one. I now have two Update Profile buttons though and one errors out. Anyone have just the Update PRL cab'd up? I wonder why my phone came without the Update PRL button?

Don't know, are you running the stock rom?

Stock ROM but with CMYLXGO's Big Pimp Package. But I have never actually had the Update PRL icon. I always wondered but never thought about why my TP had it but my TP2 didn't. I have done two hard resets too and still only the Firmware and Profile icons. Strange

I haven't done this update yet, but the last PRL update I actually had to run the updater twice for it to work. Maybe thats some other peoples problem.
