I still get that ID error even when I manually placed the correct ID name on the phone.

How do you edit that setting?? That is not the Device ID that you see in Settings -> About -> Device ID. It is in Settings -> Device Information - Identity. I believe it is read only and is cooked with the ROM.

Right, that's not the right one. It is in Settings -> Device Information -> Identity. It is read only and is cooked with the ROM.

I was trying to find that file to edit but can't find it.
