Had this prob yesterday with wife tp2. Had to have tech walk help with the hard reset since i couldnt get to settings. Its wierd. I had this a few weeks ago also with my tp2. Its alot to do with the software....

usually if the "handsfree" thing is popping up and not going through, simply "update profile" always worked for me... i use to lose data when going to new NRGY Roms, and id get the activation pop-up.. since the ##codes didnt work on TP1 and NRGY, i had to update profile and then the handsfree would go through and my data would restore

My phone was acting the same way as onelords. I kept hitting start to try to get to the settings but it would just stall out and the screen would go black or it would restart by itself. I had to pull the battery several times before I could get control of it. Then I put it in airplane mode so I could turn off sense and reset again. No problems today,yet.
