Help, can't get a data connection

It appears to be "provisioning" that has to be done at the tech level. I don't believe reps have any access to that level.
I would imagine that if the entries he made for mine are commom, then it would become a template for all ?

Talked to a girl named Donna today who told me there's a bunch of people with this issue, and a group of tech's have been assigned to just resolving this problem. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon, and it can be done for us all at once haha, if its case by case, might be awhile.
I'm going to try and milk this tit for all I can, I've not had data for 1/4 of this month so at least $10 should come off my bill, but I'm going to be aiming for $30 off or maybe try to get my $30 data for $15 for a few months.

Jeez.... this is annoying the crap out of me, I've only got dial-up right now since I'm waiting for high speed to get set up(not till Dec7) and really need my phone to check/send e-mail, IM, banking, download large files(anything over 2 mb, lol), submit my assignments online, and just browse the web... I use my data a lot.

Also, since they're launching the new network hspa+ or w/e it is, I've been looking for info on it, how fast is this new network, I know I cant use it with my tp2, I'm just curious, and I mean actual speed, not theoretical.

It will be 2 weeks on Monday since I got the phone and it still doesn't work. They tell me its a problem on their end. I'm in Victoria. Thanks for the tip on the trace. I've tried the hard reset to no avail. I'm going into the store today to see if they can get another phone to work.

This morning I got a call from a tech who was "the person". Went thru the usual stuff and then he run a trace while I was connecting. After a few adjustments on his end and as many restarts on mine........OMG (can I use that?) IT WORKS.
So now there "should" be an answer for others calling in.

I got so many names it is hard to fully remember. I think the last one was Rob something, robbie maybe. I had threatend to pull my mobi and land line out if I didn't get it fixed.....

edit: it has been good since and seems quite lively connecting.

Well, mine works now so all's good. And I got some more discounts out of it(free data this month).
