sorry dude like i said side by side comparisons and 6.5 i faster no

question

you are mistaken dude ....cooked ROMs are faster than the old TP shipped ROM (in touch pro) , but the new TP2 6.1 ROM is way faster than the cooked ROMs .
once I hear that the cooked ROMs are faster than the tweaked one I have it on my TP2 , I m going to flash without thinking ! speed and functionality is the key !

haha so ur saying my eyes are mistaken. like i said man this is not i was on the stock rom and i flashed and it seemed quicker, this is having 2 tp2s on the table side be side doing the same tasks.

when i open the same programs on the stock 6.1 rom and on juggalo's rom and they open faster on the 6.5 rom hmmm

the same web pages load quicker on the 6.5 rom hmmm.

hell the windows folder in file explorer opens faster on the 6.5 roms

now i am not saying that these roms are perfect, far from it there are still bugs to be worked out but in terms of speed sorry man. the stock rom is probably the best you will get out of 6.1 atm. until you can tell me you have ran 2 devices side by side at the same time, performed the same actions and the stock is quicker at performing said actions, well i dont think you have room to complain...

or you could always cook your own, crazy thought i know...

Hmm , I dont know i you tweaked your stock ROMs , but I know that I have spend GOOD time tweaking and tweaking and I have more than 45 tweaking cabs and registery changes I have made and tested , and I could stop around 70% of the services and all unnecessary start up programs , I have trimmed the 6.1 ALOT , and waaay faster than when I opened the TP2 Box.

Re: dear chefs:nobody is willing to cook 6.1 anymore? ! the forum misses 6.1

I have yet to see a WM6.1 build that is faster or better than WM6.5. I just don't see the evidence for this claim that WM6.1 is so much better than WM6.5 and I run a lot of devices. I see no advantages to keep using WM6.1, none.

Heck, I've seen some WM6.5.1 builds that are faster than WM6.1.

I actually enjoy a 6.1 rom only for the menu. I simply cannot find a way to like the 6.5 menu system. The HTC menu is way crapola too. Yeah I put my apps in folders and stuff, but I just really like the 6.1 start menu style. Give that to me on a 6.5 rom and I'm all over it.

QuickMenu you say? no thank you.

IMO the stock sprint rom is fast.

congrats to u on all of the tweaking that you have done so far. the chefs in here know A LOT more about tweaking these phones than you or i probably put together. you dont think there is a reason that they are cooking with 6.5 and not 6.1?! your comparisons are still subjective, mine are not.

like i said b4 im not knocking the stock rom, its 6,1 at its finest but even that being said it cannot compare in terms of speed to the 6.5 roms even in their somewhat beta status atm

I like 6.5 & all, but I would love a mightyrom 4.16 clone for the TP2. That rom was my ol' faithful for many months when I had my TP.
