Can I ask HOW people on here are getting good quality photos.. mine look horrible.. take a look at the attached photo. If anyone can tell me how to improve the quality I would appreciate it...

Couple of things with this camera (as with all cameras with these pin-hole lenses)
- They love lots of light. In bright light they do much better than poor light
- Play with the contrast, saturation and sharpness. I have mine set to Contrast +4, Saturation +3, Sharpness +4 right now, getting nice natural pics.
- Most of all, ensure the image quality is set to SuperFine and not the default of Fine, and if you have a registry editor, increase the SuperFine setting which reduces the amount of JPEG compression applied to the image. it's under \HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Image\JpegQuality\SuperF ine\3Msize. The default is something like 53000, and I've increased it to 64228 (from another forum recommendation) but have not played with higher values. I actually just sent HTC an email asking how to improve it more. I will post if I hear anything post-worthy.
