to increase the sent message allowable sizes, there are reg edits in

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\mmscsettings\samplemmsc2
and
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI\SizeLimit

There are a series of subdirectors with files that appear to have reg keys that pertain to MMS size limit, I changed all of mine by adding a zero to the end, now it lets me send 3mb files rather than 300 kb.
I think the most effective was the last one which is the ...\Config\UI\SizeLimit\Wap2sendlimit3 changed to 3072000 and now I get a 3 mb message size which seems to work...

Still no luck on this Ive tried everybody's ideas i really wish we can get this MMS fixed i want to be able to send and receive mms again

It's working for me. I installed the file, and did the settings in post #10. I successfully sent myself a picture message with a picture, sound, and text.

let me ask you this what rom are you using im using energy rom manila 2.5 as well and if your settings are working with this rom please let me know what actual settings you have

I'm using Mightytom. Sorry, should have mentioned earlier.

Keep getting the message too big pick a compression size and cant get any of the suggested registry fixes to stick. for some reason they keep reverting back to the lesser numbers. dang Arcsoft sucks so bad!

im not even using the newer version 5.0.90.127 because that like everyone has been complaining limits the message to 300k at least with the older one i can do up to 399k.

I updated it again to have a 1MB size limit, but I am still trying to figure out what server settings are missing. That's directly from my kitchen, which works fine for me.

I will look at it today as yesterday I forgot all about it and was working on my TP2 kitchen along with some PPCKitchen development stuff.

JooJooBee666, is there any way to see where the sending is failing? All it says is that it cant send the message, how helpful. Is it that I cant log into the server? Is it that it cant find the server? I am unsure and it makes it really difficult to find the issue. If you know of any logs or anything that I can look at I would appreciate it.

Manilla 2.5 is not able to work with MMS yet. Only 2.1. People keep trying but the functionality is just not there.
