Re: No blue flicker in coreplayer with qtv (also how I got true 16:9 fullscreen on my
Coreplayer (1.3.0) most definitely does do the blue flicker thing playing ripped movies through the TV out in my TP2 if I use QTV (same as the TP did).
Set to Direct Draw it doesn't flicker, but Album gives a noticeably better picture (for h.264 rips anyway) so I use that most of the time. ~John |

Oh I didn't even know tp was fixed. I was so obsessed with it at one point, but then I just gave up and never paid attention to it again.
But anyways, with this phone being 16:9, if you have a comcast digital box like mine, you can make it full screen. I can't really think of any other method unless the TV its self has some sort of resizing option. Hey you know what's cool? WVD and TV out |

LOL, never mind I just loaded that version & you're right. No more flicker. I thought I had the latest version loaded, but then I remembered I had done an SPB BU restore a while back & the file must have been made before I installed the latest CP...... ~John |

I'll probably still use both Album & CP, Album has the zoom/aspect ratio control that CP doesn't (at least I don't THINK it does) so I can see uses for both.

coreplayer has fill screen, fit best, and stretch. It works the same |
