This gives a 16:9 fullscreen image.
Anyways, I loaded up coreplayer, and started a movie, and to my delight, there's no blue flicker like there was on the touch pro.
The image quality seems to be noticeably better and the movie plays as smooth as it does on the phone's screen.
This phone gets better and better lol

Do you mean you were getting the blue flicker when hooking it up directly to the TV and it stopped when you hooked it up through your cable box?
I'm running version 1.3.6 build 7427 on Sprint Touch Pro 2 and I definitely get the flicker when plugged directly to the TV.
I'm also on a WM 6.5 rom running HTC Sense (Touchflo 2.5) so I don't know whether that may be part of the problem.
