Why is Sprint Titan so slow? Can't use Opera Mini.

Try Esmertec Jbed 20090912.5.1 SD and then install mini again.

i installed mini 4.2 using one of the all in one (includes java) cabs found floating around here. works great for me. there is also a cab for mini 5 beta.

5 is going to be awesome eventually, right now it is insanely buggy however.

Where did you get that? The newest I found is 20090506.2.1
