Mobile Shell 3.5 Unstable on Stock Sprint TP2?

I have just picked up the TP2 from sprint I am a MS 3.5 user from my TP1, I am hating going back to 6.1 but Gotta wait till the Elite Team bless all of us with the unlocker.

Anyway I installed all my apps and MS 3.5 is one of them I seem to have strange lock-ups with it all the time I have tried hard resets reflashing from the EXE on Juggalo's thread. Nothin I do seems to work this is with the stock ms 3.5 cab no mods, although my device is loaded with other software. Does anyone else have MS 3.5 working without problems on their stock sprint tp2?
