what i did ... detailed info on the more info button on the youtube vid.. there is a pin that sits on top of the headphone jack... bend it up toll it does not make contact... that's it no breaking pins on the adapter or cutting wires... if you pony up later and get the real video out cable u can revert the adapter back by pushing the pin back down... the case to the adapter snaps appart very easily. TP2 and tp1's ext usb is the same wiring so it will work the same esp if using the htc headphone dongle that came with the tp1 |

Re: anybody using TV out???
Did you push or pull in any particular spot? I tried for about 5 minutes today with mine, and it wouldn't budge in the slightest. Any tips, because I don't particularly want to break it in half trying to get it open.

Re: anybody using TV out???
With Stock Rom it did have that issue. I didn't notice it w/ Custom roms though. Strange.
(I use it alot with Eclipse Nav system in my FJ, even the GPS software sometimes - does have better look to it lol) FYI - with TP1(had no blue flicker issue btw), Slingmobile played FULL SCREEN on the nav/output screen, but with TP2, it has black borders on both slides (left / right) which is bit of a blow to sling users.
