Re: [FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS] Touch Pro2 FAQ

I searched before I asked did not find the answer.

I am about to get a TP2, I have a TP now. Will my, for example, muget super extended battery work in my TP2 which was purchased for my TP?

I know the cases have to be different because of the difference in the front of the TP and TP2.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Only thing that will work between devices is the HTC battery Bank, which is got for 65$ and is worth every penny.

I would love it if that were the case, man... find me a thread where someone says it works, and I'll gladly click the thanks button.

Thumbs down Re: [FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS] Touch Pro2 FAQ

Any idea how to raise the MMS attachment size cap?

The stock image was 1MB.
One rom I flashed had it set to 5MB.
The one I'm on now has it set to 300KB!

I would guess this is a registry edit?

**ALSO**
How do I change the sorting of the address book? It defaults to LAST, FIRST and I don't want to have to change it for every contact. To complicate matters further, I'm using Active Sync with gmail to keep my contacts backed up, but even when I set the contacts individually to FIRST LAST, they get pushed to gmail where they stay FIRST LAST, but when they get synced back to my phone, they return to LAST, FIRST. Additionally... I have some business contacts I want to be (BUSINESS) LAST, FIRST, which I know you can do through the phone, but syncing them to gmail returns them to LAST, FIRST on the phone.

Yet another question... with 6.5.1, the X button at the bottom right only seems to close the app to the background. Is it possible to make it end the program?

****

Is it possible to get rid of that rectangle behind the clock/weather? I have sense 2.1 on 6.5.1. Also, it looks like the clock is doubled

Hmm... last time I installed that, everything started working weird. The auto complete wouldn't work unless you typed 2 letters and then deleted one and if you cleared it out, the auto complete menu wouldn't go away. I think it also broke the SMS button.

Re: [FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS] Touch Pro2 FAQ

did you check this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...=picture+limit
you may just want to do the registry edit to increase the size, if the cab gave you issues.
Works great for me no problem sending the large images. for files up to 10mb i use mobility filesender

Re: [FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS] Touch Pro2 FAQ

Well, I downloaded that exact file and it broke the auto complete again, but the SMS button is working.

Well Uninstall the cab and try the registry edit that is listed in the thread and see if that works.

It's not showing up in the remove app section... How do I uninstall it?

I don't suppose you could provide a link? "MMS FIX" is too short to search for.
