I am NOT a VZ customer.
Does anyone know if i buy a verzion phone on crgslist to use overseas, can i walk into a VZ store and request it to be unlocked?

i highly doubt that will work!! but if it doesnt work u can always get a unlocker from the elite team for a small price

They won't unlock it unless you are a customer and probably for at least 90 days. You bets bet is to pay ~$5 for the elite unlocker

i havent done it in a long time but i dont see why i would work!! as long as u are a verizon customer in good standings

I just did it, but now it's saying my sim card can't be found when I go into sim manager.
