As a rep I garuntee that the rep you spoke with was confused or mis-informed. We simply didnt expect for the phone to be Such a hit since the last TP sold so little. we are still recieving orders and even some warehouses have it in some warehouse though they are almost depleted as well. We will get more in soon just wait for it.

The Verizon Touch Pro sold like sh*t because Verizon watered it down and it ran like a diesel submarine.
