Has anyone done that regedit to adjust the # of actual rings before your cell rings? - Page 2

just tried it. did nothing, still took two rings before my tp2 rang...so it didn't change anything i guess, back to w3 it goes

EDIT: ok, odd. before i did the change it was 2 rings, after the change to w0 still 2 rings. back to w3 it went, now it takes 1 ring...wtf. oh well now its more responsive

Hmmmm....I don't see any differencre. I'm using the stock dialer and lock app. I wonder if it has an effect on the lock app used?

Before and after it takes about 2 1/2 rings.

Mine rings in 1 1/2 rings consistently.

I did try changing the SCI to one just out of curiousity & it made absolutely NO noticeable difference & it makes the battery die faster.
