Newb Needs Help

I just got my TP2 and I love it but I just have a few things that I am having issues with first the weather tab I would like to add my city and none of the instructions on xda-developers seem to work for me. I successfully did this exact same thing on my original TP, can I use the same method if not what is the EASIEST way to do it? Second is a simple thing I am sure I just looking way to hard, I want to change the camera button on the bottom of the home screen to the phone button and I just can't seem to figure out how please help me and thanks for reading
