Do a Google search for Conflipper North America V3. This little app works perfect on all versions of the TP2 and will have your city in the weather tab in no time.
Next, do a Google search for ManilaSoftKeys. This will allow you to change all the left and right soft keys on Manila for any tab. Again, this works perfectly on all versions of the TP2.
