Lol, my phone took its first drop yesterday. It was on the upper left side corner.. i almost cried

Theres a nasty scar on the corner, but its just surface damage. Everything else is in great condition, especially considering the tp1 was prone to chip damage on the chrome!

just like a true addict, i thought i was the only one that felt like this. going to the restroom alot, just to check my phone. hiding it up under the covers at night, lying about how much i use(it). thinking about it all day, cannot wait to get off. not sharing with my friends and staying up late, looking for other addicts(on this site). this is a damn shame, but i like it.

It is truly an addiction for me. It's the first thing I reach for when I wake up, and the last thing I put down before I go to bed. I usually lay in bed & play with it for a while, browsing the web or blogging. One time I fell asleep playing with it & woke up with it under my butt. It goes to the bathroom with me, I have even used it in the tub with a ziploc baggie.

I also lie about how much I use it. Not so much anymore now that I'm single, but when I was with my ex I would sneak in geek time on the toilet a lot. My addiction has ended relationships too. Things would come down to 'its either me or the phone!" and my reply was always, "Don't trip over the threshold on your way out, fartminge."

Yeesh I need help.

I tried going cold turkey but REALLY BAD THINGS HAPPENED, I don't recommend it! Another difficult addiction is flashing!

P.S. I recently had a second date and he expressed comments about me and my phone dedication! I hope he knows if he makes the ranks he will be 3rd to my phone and kids!

P.S.S. I also have the sneaking problem, but didn't see anyone else checking the phone under the pillow during s#@! Ha that was the ex, nothing else needing to be said there!

i like toys/electronic things.

yeah i use the phone a lot and flash/edit etc but i would do that with any phone...

soon something will replace this phone and i will do the same to it...

so in that regards i wouldnt call myself a TP2 addict but a modding/flashing/editing addict... lol

I get around 3 hours of slingbox on it now with wifi\data connection and bluetooth on, it's changed the way I interact with a phone now.

Don't know if it's an addiction yet though

I'm with everyone here with my TP2. I cannot not look at it or pick it up every 10 minutes. When something goes wrong with it, I drop everything and I can't stand it until I fix it. If there isn't anything wrong then I'm always updating it. And having to hard reset it and start from scratch is fun since I get to spend more time with it. The day won't be right unless my TP2 is right. And yes the gf gets really really upset when I'm on my phone and she feels neglected at times. To the point that we almost argue about it. There was this one morning when she woke up and saw that I was on my phone. She got up got dressed and said she was going home. I didn't even ask her why shes leaving cause I was too concentrated on my phone. I asked her later why she left so early and she said cause I was on my phone again! I was just surfing. At work all I do is go to the TP2 forum to read or reply. Or sometimes wmexperts or google or whatever site to read about my phone. I'm barely putting in my share of work. WHen I go out to dinner I'm always looking at it or it's on the table. When I'm out I pull it out of my pocket pretending to look at the time or pretend to text but really I just want to just hold it and play with it. And sometimes I will text my gf non sense stuff just so I can use my phone. Or call my voicemail even when I have no voicemail This phone has pretty much taken over my life. I don't think this is love..I'm obsessed! Man...I think I need help guys...thats what my gf thinks anyway. Screw her! haha. jk.
