sounds like a typo somewhere in your account setup, go to your inbox, tools, options and click on the email addy you want to check. go through all of the setup keeping a sharp eye out for typos.

ok. did you set your email account up on the TP fresh by entering all the info yourself or did you use a backup software to copy it from your diamond?

All fresh setups. All my POP3 accounts though this ISP have the same issue, however like I said the same 3 accounts were working send and receive with the Touch Diamond.
