Has anyone figured out how to add-a-line using sprint.com/citigroup?

It only gives me the option to buy new line or upgrade

DBL, I tried it by resetting my cache, going to sprint.com/citigroup, then opening a new tab and picking add a line. Unfortunately, I think it pulls you out of the citigroup store after you log in, making what you want to do impossible.
The only thing I can think of is, starting a new line/account, then doing a transfer of liability for the new line to your current account. I did just that to get sero about 2 years ago, but I'm not 100% on how it all works now.

hey i have a question, if i am registered with a SERO 500, can i buy this phone or 199 still from the citigroup site???

and, lets say i sign up for a new contract through this site, after getting the new contract and stuff filled out, can i SWITCH to a sero? or do i have to have the SERO and upgrade phone, which option works??

Depends if your sero plan is eligible for an upgrade discount. You cant switch any plan to a sero plan. I read this wasnt working for sero people anymore but its worth a shot.

My cynical mind suspects this is Sprint's way of moving the TP2 out of stock to make way for newer phones for Christmas. Well, I can see through the man and his baiting us with the forbidden fruit. I can see him manipulating us with his thinly veiled actions just to play with our desires while taking our hard earnings. And all I have to say is after reading about yet another example of his cold hearted trickery that I swallowed it hook line and sinker - should be here tomorrow. Thanks OP and Sprint.
