Sorry to hear that. I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and I must say, dealing with them has been one of the most stressful things in my life throughout that time.....

And what is up with this survey that the reps beg you at the end of the call to give them a good rating......It sounds like they are on their knee's at that point.........Kind of feel they shouldn't be aloud to discuss that with you on the phone the way they do.

Ok, latest from my efforts yesterday... I did the renewal where you get the $70 credit, which still makes me eligable for the $150 toward a new phone plus the $100 MIR. So, I tried to get them to price match, so I sent an email to sprint through the contact us form. They came back with this ambiguous message about how since I already got the $70 renewal credit they won't price match. That's ridiculous, how was I supposed to know that had I done one before the other I could have had the TP2 for 199.

Either way I am still ahead $70, and I have SERO 30/m for two more years guaranteed.

If you drop 70 off of the total of 349.99 it comes to $279.99... which is about what I paid for my diamond on ebay last winter.

Do you guys think 279.99 is worth it for the touch pro 2?

Thanks for the responses to my original post, I think you're right, it probably is a leverage thing.

What about $300? Is that worth it? They dropped an extra $50 off for me. Then I see deals on letsTalk for a tilt2 at $99 and wonder if I'm being stupid...

Well I think DMB is right, do you have SERO? I bet with that $99 you'll be paying almost as much per month on ATT for use of your phone...

You know there are still some sites where you can get the phone for $199 without having to muck around with a rebate. I ordered mine on 10/25 and they charged me $224 with next day shipping...
