I *JUST* had mine replaced due to a keyboard problem last week. I got another TP1.

i was given a NIB TP2 as a replacement for my TP, no questions asked. they didn't even want to look at the TP to confirm anything was wrong. i just handed them the TP and they handed me the TP2

That's exactly the same way I got my NIB TP2, and should be for everyone else, unfortunately, the TP2 is now OOS.

Well as promised, the sprint customer service rep called me back today to update me on there warehouse status. I was told they still are out of stock for the tp2 and they will periodically check for me to see when they are back in stock, then order and call me when available.

Well thats just strange, the web site doesn't say they are out of stock....are there multiple warehouse locations for store sales and internet sales?

Really not sure. I am guessing there must be because I see a few people here and there saying they were able to get their order processed but the majority have no luck like myself.

The replacement that people should be getting is a refurb which comes from one warehouse. It's showing up as being in stock because those are NIB units for sale, not replacement. There seem to be a few, and i mean few, lucky people who have been able to get NIB replacements.

Same story for me, i take my tp1 for a revision because it was getting very hot , to the point you can barely touch it, and they told me that they will repace it with with the tp2 and they order it and yesterday they give me a out of the box brand new unit, they even give the box with all accesories.
