they must have some in stock as mine was ordered by email as stated above and i now have a tracking number and will be here tomorrow.
i do think there are a diff inventory for new customers and ones avail for replacement be it refub or NIB. which i can understand as you wouldn't want to run out of stock for new customers to risk losing a sale. but for existing cust who just need a replacement have a diff inventory. just a thought |

It happen to me, they replaced my tp1 with the tp2. I cant believe it.

Looks like some stores are doing priority level 5 replacements (NIB units). I wonder how they determine if one should be given a level 5.

My buddy had his TP replaced 4-5 times. He doesn't know jack about WM.
Anyways, when he called to get his latest one replace for the keyboard problem, they said they were going to send another TP. But then they called back a couple hours later and said his new TP2 should be in Thursday. Lucky him. I spent $350 on mine. |
