NICE, i'm definitely willing to rock a Verizon battery door on my Sprint phone.

There is a thread on dying the verizon cover, and removing the 'map' with a sharpie as well... if you're interested in such things.

Yeah, and dying it black covers up the Verizon logo. I'm not sure if lighter colors would or not.

Coincidentally, the map is one of the things I like on the VZW cover lol

Re: I removed the orange adhesive/sticker on the battery door.

Here is a redneck fix for your issue. Take a 1" piece of black tape. Fold it over on itself. Remove the battery, insert one edge of the take into the top of the battery housing. Re-seat the battery. This will cause the battery to shift just enough to fix the mute button issue, and prevent the battery falling out so easily. It does not effect thy dynamics of the case.

Nice, I will definitely do that. BUT do you happen to know where to purchase a filter or some type of screen material so i can cut some out to place over the holes?

If you do end up purchasing Verizon's battery cover type in BAT30 in the promotional code window to get an additional $4.50 off your purchase...
