I removed the orange adhesive/sticker on the battery door.

Where the holes are that shows the orange....

BIG mistake, now the mute button is easily pressed by almost the entire battery door. And I figured just the adhesive would come off, not the orange screen looking material too, but ALL Of it came off. Now I have giant holes on the back of my phone where all sorts of dust can get in.

On the bright side, the speaker seems louder and more "surround"!

Does anybody know where I can buy a sheet of screen like material so I can ghetto rig my own?

The pad and holes were design to help with the heat from the battery.

The stores don't even have them in stock so I would doubt that they will have any battery covers.

Haha OOPS. I do like it better, however I would like a sheet of screen like material so i can cut some out and glue it to the back so i can have the same effect, just without the giant holes there. Also, i'm hoping to lessen the sensitivity to the mute button again

You can buy a cover from verizon wireless online for $15. Go to their site, click accessories, choose TP2 for your phone model, and then select "Chargers and Batteries" from the pull down. The verizon cover is supposed to fit the sprint phone.

ETA: Or you can search for VZW6875BATDR on their site, that should bring it up.
