SERO 500 users - gotten approved for $100 rebate on TP2 yet?

I know it's too early for people to have gotten their $100 rebates from Sprint from the Touch Pro 2 yet. I'd like to know if any SERO 500 29.99 a month plans have gotten approved on the:
https://www.sprintrebates.com/track/sprintpcs/
site yet?
If you have which rebate form did you use?

Re: SERO 500 users - gotten approved for $100 rebate on TP2 yet?

Chatted with a rep online, told I was basically eligible for NOTHING, and said ok, and ordered off Ebay. No rebate to hope for, and I am not on a contract either. I wasn't going to mess with it. They said all they could really do was $50 or $75 off the $600 price with a 2yr.

I paid LESS off ebay, and activated it online with my SERO and can leave if I want too. Or if I realize I can get a better phone down the road, I can.

Sure I probably wont ever find what I pay. I actually pay less then the $30 for the 500, but I figured why not go contract free =D>

Wish I did it your way. I was out of contract, and got $75 for 2 yr renewal.
I'm not giving up my $30 sero for anything lol.

Well turns out I couldn't do it. I called the last day on my 30day and returned it. They said take it to a sprint store, I said send me a return kit, so i could just enjoy it for a couple more days. I have to wait for price to come down, or when they are willing to give me a new customer price.

I'll send my in this weekend, it's less than a $1 to mail a letter, might as well try. But I already got $150 credit for re-newal and $150 credit for the phone itself..so if this $100 goes through, it'll be THE deal

I'll be getting it for $200 after the rebate according to the CSR... I asked twice for the CSR to confirm the rebate is valid for the upgrade, I'm on the SERo $30 plan, and he assured me it was... We'll see. I'll keep you guy posted.

Which rebate do you plan on sending in, the EPRP one or the regular?

Exactly! There is a different form for the Referral program. Here's a link to it:

http://www.nextel.com/assets/pdfs/en...mir_103109.pdf

Here' the list of requirements off of that form:

TO QUALIFY FOR A REBATE, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS
> Activate your new device(s) with a new two-year agreement on each line of service by 11/14/09.
> Include your sales receipt or packing slip – must be dated between 9/3/09 and 10/31/09.
> Fill the certificate out entirely – must be postmarked no later than 11/14/09.
> Cash your rebate within ninety (90) days of issuance.
> For Nextel devices, SIM card included in new device must be used with activation.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS adding a new line of service
> Activate your new device(s) on a new line of service.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS upgrading your device(s)
> Qualified existing customers, with service on the same device for more than 22 consecutive
months and a new two-year agreement, may be eligible for mail-in rebates on the devices
listed on the front of this form.
> Your account cannot have any unpaid past-due amounts.

Nowhere on the EPRP form does it have a minimum monthly requirement.
