Just Dropped my brand new Touch Pro 2 - Page 3

I just shot ecare a email (I had good luck with getting them to credit my phone to match the VZW price!) Anyway related I did have to soft reset my phone twice today on account the keyboard wasn't functioning properly! Hopefully I can clean the scratches up a bit and get a nice replacement! Did you get a brand new or a Refurb?

lol I've dropped mine maybe 4 times so far on concrete and so far no damage. Thank god!

i got a brand new. They wouldn't send you a refurb if you are still within the 30 days. I would still ask to be sure though

you guys sound picky as hell, because you dropped once and have one lil blemish, you dont like it....
that why we gonna see alot of refurb later in the coming months and people complaining about getting refurb and this and that and so on...

commom let give the tp2 a good reputation...

by the way i bought mine with a nice scratch in the top left corner but it dont bother me cuz i bought as good deal and it was only used for 9 days before the guy switch to the icrap....

I picked up a case logic universal leather case from walmart. Was about $15. Fits the phone snugly and the case is very sturdy. Which is nice because I left my phone on the my kitchen counter last night and the cat knocked it off on to the sandstone tile floor. Luckily it was in the case and didn't pop out. No damage was done, but the height it fell from would have caused damage had it not been in the case.
