I just shot ecare a email (I had good luck with getting them to credit my phone to match the VZW price!) Anyway related I did have to soft reset my phone twice today on account the keyboard wasn't functioning properly! Hopefully I can clean the scratches up a bit and get a nice replacement! Did you get a brand new or a Refurb?
