Cannot hang up call with Infiniti bluetooth - Page 4

I'm having the same problems with programs designed for the MS stack. Bluetooth won't work on Verizon Visual Voicemail because of this stack.

This really is a pain in the butt. I have a jb prime as well and it does the same thing, sometimes it will hang up and sometimes it won't.

After 2 days of testing this Registry fix I concluded that it works as follows with my car navigation system; the first hang-up try takes 5+ second to complete, all subsequent hang-up commands are immediate.

So it's a big improvement but not a fix.

I know...this really sucks...I hope someone here figures this out...I encourage ALL of you to email HTC. At least they "may" get a hint of they get a barrage of complaints!

I went from impossible to inconsistent as well. The first hang up in my car (Sync) is hit or miss and then any subsequent hang up takes only one or two hits of the button. Better than nothing.

I too experienced problems with hanging up on the parrot ck piece. But ever since I swapped out the tp2, and go a replacement, it works fine. How, I couldnt tell you though.

after applying the fix, like most it only works sometimes and it doesnt work more then it works

After reading all of the semi-positive feedback here about the reg fix, I was really hoping it would help, if only a bit, with a regular BT headset -and the normal hang-up and MSVC issues. I applied the changes, but alas it didn't seem to help at all

Fix works for a Parrot 3200 in that the Parrot device now properly registers End Call but the TP2 still doesn't end the call ! So really the fix doesn't work for me!

I searched and couldn't find a completely relevant thread, but this is related. I have an 07 Infiniti G35x without Nav. I have a TP2 with stock sprint ROM and had an issue recently where my radios were corrupted while my phone was connected via BT and my wife was trying to browse the web. I ended up having to hard reset to recover after much discussion with sprint. Yesterday, I was connected to BT but not using it and was checking google maps, but could not get a data connection. Any thoughts? Anybody else unable to use data while connected to BT?

I think that is what the issue with the hanging up got narrowed down to ... at least for me. I could see that if there was an active data connection, I could not hang up.

My issue was fixed when I flashed to a ROM I made in Calkulin's kitchen. The chef's now have a fixed bluetooth stack from US Cellular that they are using. Right now, the best option is to flash to a custom ROM. I haven't seen a fix for stock.
