Works great!! Very sturdy and clips in and out easily with little effort, but no concerns of it falling out. What a deal!

Do you think the suction cup hold if it isn't on smooth glass (like on the dashboard) and if so, would it still be a workable angle? Thanks

I know for a fact it won't hold. I have two of these and they work great for their intended purpose, but they wont hold for squat on my "orange peel" textured desk-top. Just your standard computer-style desk surface; great for mousing but not smooth as glass. The suction appears to work, but a few minutes later, the cradle falls over (if my phone is in it).

Again, love the holder in the car, but not on the dash.

Has anyone found a holder that works by attaching to dashboard? I don't want to use the vents (I just don't think heat and AC directly on my phone is a good idea). I may try a cigarette lighter holder.
