Yes, the skin only works on landscape mode, not portrait mode, so you will need to follow the instruction to open iGO8 on landscape mode (The iGO will restart when you change the screen orientation from the setting menu). After it restarts then you will be able to change the screen (it won't be greyed out).

Thanks Sumo911 for your contributions to this post

Step 01: Click here to download the GJ 6.12p_da_800x480 package, this is the modified package for Touch Pro2, copy it to iGO8/content/skin, don't unzip it.

Step 02: Download zip file Extension.rar here, unzip it, copy the whole unzipped folder (EXTENSION) to root folder iGO8 on your SD card

Step 03: Run iGO8 --> Settings --> Menu --> Skin -->
GJ 6.12p_da_800x480

Note:
If it doesn't work correctly, you need to erase folder Save in iGO8/ and restart your phone
Here is the MANUAL for this SKIN, please read it first before you post question about how to use it.

I have a problem that I haven't noticed through any of the pages on this topic.

I followed the instructions that XPSWORM put out concerning this skin, and true to form, it didn't work on the first try, so I deleted the "SAVE" folder and restarted my phone. When I ran the program again, I received this message:

FFUIERROR: Unknown layer referenced Identifier=[d_AutoKraLayer]

Does anyone know what this means and how I can correct it to get the skin to work?

The link to your file "480x800.rar" above says "Error" when you try to download it. Any idea what is wrong?

My mistake, it said I had to wait for a slot to be available for downloading the file. It is downloading now.

Thanks for posting the instructions! I'm anxious to see how it compares to Garmin Mobile XT with NT2010 maps!

I manage to download a TTS file (I forgot where, sry) but couldn't get Susan TTS (High quality version) to work. I only manage to got Amy and Jason TTS to work.

P.S can someone set up a Garmin Guide as well. That would be great
