wat are some things that you guys did to your phones?

I am assuming themes, wallpapers, tweaks etc.... I would suggest looking at the various sticky threads on the main page of this forum. There is a wealth of information that you can learn from there.

if you're happy with your phone right out of the box, no tweaks are needed. Every tweak is dependant on each user, there aren't any specific tweaks that everybody installed on their tp2s.

Since it has a TV Out, you should get a Large Screen Plasma TV and a Deep Cycle Marine battery with a voltage regulator.
