Re: WMWIFIRouter and TP2 woes
I haven't had the problem you're experiencing, but I've had tons of issue's with WMWifirouter over the past. Unable to uninstall, locks up the phone, screws up the wifi which sometimes cannot be repaired by doing a crash restore. Just use HTC Wifi Router, it's simpler and far more reliable.

I have both programs installed in my TP2. For some reason, my LT will not recognize the HTC connection but connects immediately to WMWIFirouter. I haven't spent any time messing with it because WMWIFIrouter works fine so I'm not going to waste any time on the other one, but WMWIFI gets my vote. I paid for WMWIFI & I would buy it again myself...... ~John |

Re: WMWIFIRouter and TP2 woes
My TP2 using wmwifi via usb freezes a few times a day for months now but I also have it downloading at 200+/sec constantly so I'm sure that has something to do with it. It hardly EVER does it for normal internet usage (web pages, light gaming, messengers, etc.)

Re: WMWIFIRouter and TP2 woes
I don't personally Stealth Tether via this route, I use:
Tom_Codon CM Wifi Internet Sharing (for Wifi, obviously) (Some Internet Share program) (For USB) However, since my laptop is down and out right now, and I am using a PC that came with Win98 (upgraded to XP Pro SP2), USB is currently my only option (however it works, so no complaints here). Viva Ninja Tethering ( )
