Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
Okay, now how to make the speakerphone quieter than stock (VZW)?
I tried tweaking the rXCodecGain and rxVolume of the HANDSFREE rows down to 0000, but it's still as loud as stock. |

Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
I have AT&T's Tilt 2 and my volume is pretty low (even on the highest setting) whenever I'm on a call, either speakerphone or just plain handset to ear.
I've tried an audipara file from somewhere else (xda developers) and it didn't seem to help. Anybody have any luck with this on AT&T's Tilt 2? Anybody have the original Audiopara file? I wanna go back to the original and then go from there and compare to others. Thanks! Maria |

Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
I have t-mobile htc touch pro 2(WM 6.1). And earpiece volume is to low for me.
Can I apply those files BB edited for sprint/verizon version to my tp2? Are there any differences? I did a search in windows folder on my phone and found this: 1. AudioPara.csv 11.1 k 2. AudioPara3.csv 118.6 k 3. AudioPara3_ATT.csv 118.6 k 4. AudioPara3_Boot.csv 1.4 k 5. AudioPara3_TMO.csv 118.6 k I don't know which audiopara i should consider. Is it possible for you to review files if I'll send someone them? I will be appreciate for helping me out with this. Thank you. |

Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
OK here I go. Where do I begin. Have Sprint and not Verizon, so it's not just a VZ issue. Using stock ROM. All these "fixes" do not fix crap on my phone. Don't know how they are working on anyone's phone really! Tried to copy and replace the Audiopara file and reset. Did not work, and yes I did it right. Tried each and every cab here, and reset. Did not work. Tried the reg edits, reset. Did not work. Before trying each and every one the phone was put back to original configuration. No plastic over earpiece volume either. Pulled tape in back off as a few have suggested. Did not help. Family and co-workers agree it does not turn up earpiece volume, so it's not just me. Don't think I have a "defective" phone cause this phone works fantastic and have had no issues with it!!! I am starting to believe there is no cure for the low earpiece volume! It is better than the regular TP but not leaps and bounds. If anyone can figure this out where it works for me, I'll happily make a donation to you!

Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
Me too, tried all of these and didn't get a volume increase on my Sprint TP2. I would like a little more volume (can always turn it down). If anyone has a cab that actually worked and will post it I would like to try again.

Not sure what to say, as the cab works on my phone and others. Like I've said before, it's a subtle difference.

Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
i have a sprint TP2 and i can tell a difference with the two cabs i posted. YMMV. if it is not working for you then i would suggest doing a google website search on audiopara on xda and here to learn our to edit the files yourselves!

Re: TWEAKED Audiopara.csv louder earpeice, spkphone, and BLUETOOTH!
Been there done that for hours on end. Some files messed up the phone so as to the point it would not make or receive calls. Reverted back to before each time and phone works just like normal. Just going to face facts the earpiece volume increase does not work for me. I don't care about a speakerphone volume increase, it's loud enough. I would care about it I suppose if it was included in with an earpiece volume increase as well. But again, don't believe this will work for me. I need someone with a whole different approach to solve this apparently. Something I haven't tried. Thanks for the help guys.
